Shipping Address:

We will not be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by you.
Please note that if you provide an incorrect shipping address and your order has already been dispatched, we will need to wait for the parcel to be returned before processing a re-delivery or refund. If your order is not returned, you will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery.
Order Cancellations:
We are unable to cancel any orders after dispatch. However, you may still return the ordered product to request a replacement or refund in accordance with the provisions outlined in our Terms of Sale.
Delivery Timeframes:
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays caused by our carrier, over which we have no control. Delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only. We do not guarantee the exact date and time of delivery and assume no responsibility for delays in delivery.
Shipping Fees, Handling Charges, and Taxes:
You are solely responsible for payment of all shipping fees, handling charges, and applicable taxes on your order unless expressly stated otherwise. All applicable fees, charges, and taxes will be displayed on the checkout page, and by submitting your order, you agree to pay these amounts.
International Deliveries:
Importing products from other countries may attract import duties and taxes in the destination country. Our product prices do not include any applicable importation taxes and duties imposed by customs. You are solely responsible for payment of any import duties applicable to your order.
Unsafe Shipping Address:
Please ensure you provide a secure shipping address where you or an authorized person can accept delivery. We will not be responsible for any theft or damage if your parcel is left unattended at an unsafe shipping address. Risk in the parcel passes to you upon delivery to your specified shipping address, as reflected by our shipping service provider's tracking. We do not offer replacements or refunds for loss or damage resulting from an unsafe shipping address.
